The project of PROMOTING INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALISM AND FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION IN RWANDA (PIJ) is aimed to promote freedom of expression and access to information in Rwanda through investigative journalism.

The main objective of the project is to promote freedom of expression and access to information in Rwanda through investigative journalism.

Activities of the project

  1. Production of investigative news stories about  corruption in local government institutions, service delivery  and  access to information
  2. Coaching and mentorship to journalists from local media houses
